Massachusetts Knights of Pythias
Welcome to the Grand Lodge Knights of Pythias, Domain of Massachusetts. The Knights of Pythias was the first fraternal organization to be granted a charter under a special act of the United States Congress in 1864. This year, along with lodges throughout the United States, Canada, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines, the Order is celebrating our 159th anniversary.
Community Service
Handi Kids Camp - A facility set on over 20 acres in Bridgewater, MA, for disabled citizens (later to be acquired by Easter Seals)
Kiddie Kamp in Sharon, MA (later known as Horizons for Youth) - A summer camp for underprivileged children
New England Sinai Hospital - We have been instrumental in establishing and maintaining rehabilitation centers within the New England Sinai Hospital in Stoughton, MA.
Shaughnessy-Kaplan Hospital - We have been instrumental in establishing and maintaining rehabilitation centers within the Shaughnessy-Kaplan Hospital in Salem, MA.
United Cerebral Palsy of Metro Boston - We have been significant supporters and contributors of over $2,000,000 to United Cerebral Palsy.
Many Local Charities - plus assisting many other charities within the local community.

The knights can also provide information on instituting a new lodge if one is not in your area.
